Remove the liquid from the burrata and place them nearby

Cut heirloom tomatoes into thick rounds and arrange them on a platter, keeping the edges a little overlapped. Scatter cherry tomatoes in between

Sprinkle a little salt and pepper over the tomatoes, then drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the top

Finely chop the basil, then sprinkle half across the tomatoes for flavor

Using your fingers, gently open each burrata ball and place it carefully on the platter of tomatoes

Sprinkle the burrata with salt and pepper, drizzle the remaining olive oil over everything, top with the rest of the basil, and pour balsamic vinegar on last
