Strawberry Butter Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cake Base

01 - 1 egg
02 - 1/2 cup butter, melted
03 - 1 box of strawberry-flavored cake mix

→ Cream Cheese Layer

04 - 2 cups powdered sugar
05 - 8 ounces of cream cheese
06 - 2 eggs, whisked

→ Topping

07 - Sliced fresh strawberries
08 - Powdered sugar for sprinkling

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven to 325°F, and grease up a 9x13 pan so you're all set for baking.
02 - Take your cake mix, 1 egg, and melted butter, then mix until smooth. Press the mixture firmly into your prepared pan so it forms the base.
03 - Using an electric mixer, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and your whisked eggs. Blend it all until silky smooth, and pour over the base in an even layer.
04 - Pop it in the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes. Keep an eye out for golden-brown edges! If the center dips slightly, don’t worry—that’s totally fine.
05 - Let it cool completely, sprinkle powdered sugar over the top, and finish off with a layer of sliced strawberries.
