Cajun Chicken Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 12 oz of penne pasta
02 - 1 lb of chicken breast, diced into bite-sized chunks

→ Sauce

03 - A 14.5-ounce can of diced fire-roasted tomatoes
04 - 1 cup of heavy cream for whipping

→ Seasonings

05 - A tablespoon of freshly chopped parsley
06 - 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
07 - A teaspoon of Cajun spices
08 - Half a teaspoon of salt
09 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Start by heating up 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a big pan over medium heat. Sprinkle the chicken chunks with pepper and salt, then cook for about 10-12 minutes until browned.
02 - Stir in Cajun spices and the diced tomatoes with the chicken. Let it all cook without a cover for another 3-5 minutes and bring it to a light simmer.
03 - Mix in the heavy cream and let it heat up for a minute or two. Then toss in the penne and finish off by sprinkling parsley on top before digging in.
