Set the grill to low, indirect heat to cook the steak slowly before giving it a quick sear.

Coat the steak generously with SPG or a spice blend of your choice. Skewer the shrimp and sprinkle on some Cajun seasoning.

Place the steak on the cooler side of the grill and let it cook to 110°F (around 20 minutes). Put it on high heat after for a seared finish at 127°F.

In a medium pan, melt butter and cook garlic for about 2 minutes. Mix in the cream, chicken broth, and Parmesan until it thickens.

Cook the fettuccine in salted water for 6–8 minutes until they’re just tender but firm to the bite.

After waiting 10 minutes for the steak to rest, slice it against the grain. Stir the pasta into the creamy sauce and plate with sliced steak and shrimp on top.
