Turn the oven to 350°F (175°C). Either grease your baking tray or use parchment paper to line it.

Spread out the prepared crescent roll sheets and divide each into 4 parts, making a total of 8 pieces.

Lay slices of ham on top of the dough evenly. Add a cheddar stick over the ham. Tuck in the ends of the dough and roll everything firmly to close it up.

Arrange the rolled pieces neatly on the tray you've prepped earlier.

Combine butter, onion, mustard, Worcestershire, and poppy seeds in a small bowl. Stir until smooth.

Spread the glaze mixture generously over each roll using a brush.

Bake for 12–15 minutes. When they turn golden and puffy, they're ready.
