Cheese Ham Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Crust and Stuffing

01 - 1 lb. thin slices of deli ham
02 - 2 packs of crescent roll dough
03 - 8 cheddar cheese sticks or string cheese

→ Topping Sauce

04 - 4 tbsp. melted butter
05 - ½ tbsp. onion powder or minced dry onion
06 - 1 tsp. sauce containing Worcestershire
07 - ½ tbsp. whole-grain or Dijon-style mustard
08 - ½ tbsp. seeds from poppies

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the oven to 350°F (175°C). Either grease your baking tray or use parchment paper to line it.
02 - Spread out the prepared crescent roll sheets and divide each into 4 parts, making a total of 8 pieces.
03 - Lay slices of ham on top of the dough evenly. Add a cheddar stick over the ham. Tuck in the ends of the dough and roll everything firmly to close it up.
04 - Arrange the rolled pieces neatly on the tray you've prepped earlier.
05 - Combine butter, onion, mustard, Worcestershire, and poppy seeds in a small bowl. Stir until smooth.
06 - Spread the glaze mixture generously over each roll using a brush.
07 - Bake for 12–15 minutes. When they turn golden and puffy, they're ready.
08 - Dig in while they're fresh and still warm from the oven!

# Notes:

01 - Using premium ham and cheese improves flavor a lot!
02 - Keep the crescent roll dough cold until you’re ready to start – easier to handle and makes great texture.
03 - You can freeze! Assemble, flash freeze on a tray, then store in a freezer-safe bag.
04 - Pair them with dipping favorites like ranch, marinara, or sweet honey mustard.
