Cheesy Taco Loaf (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pack taco seasoning.
02 - 1 1/2 cups of black bean salsa.
03 - 2 lbs ground beef.
04 - 6 ounces tortilla chips.
05 - 1 spoon each of garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
06 - 2 large eggs.
07 - 2 cups of shredded Mexican cheese blend.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven up to 350 degrees to get it ready.
02 - Pop chips in a big plastic bag, then smash them into tiny bits.
03 - Throw the ground meat, eggs, and crushed chips into a large mixing bowl.
04 - Stir in 1/2 cup of salsa along with salt, pepper, and the rest of the spices.
05 - Use your hands to mash everything together until it's all evenly mixed.
06 - Sprinkle in 1 cup of the shredded cheese and mix it in.
07 - Line your loaf pan with foil and spray it down with cooking spray.
08 - Press the meat mixture firmly and evenly into the lined pan.
09 - Take the rest of the salsa and spread it in a nice, even layer on top.
10 - Put the pan in the oven and cook for 40 minutes.
11 - Scatter the remaining cheese over the top of the loaf.
12 - Bake for another 10 to 15 minutes, until the meat temp hits 160 degrees.
13 - Take the loaf out and let it rest for a few minutes.
14 - Carefully lift it out using the foil.
15 - Slice it up and enjoy immediately!

# Notes:

01 - Spice it up with jalapeƱos if you want extra heat.
02 - Switch up the cheese or salsa for a different flavor.
03 - You can prep it ahead of time and bake it later.
