Grab a small bowl and stir together the taco seasoning, salsa, and sour cream until it’s smooth. Keep it aside for now.

In a big bowl, toss together the shredded cheese, chopped lettuce, tomatoes, and tortilla strips. Add a small amount of the sauce (around 2 spoons), and mix it all gently so the coating is even.

Take a tortilla and spread ¼ of the lettuce mixture along the lower center. Layer ¼ of the grilled chicken slices over the lettuce.

Fold the tortilla edges inward, then roll it tightly from the bottom up. Cut each wrap at an angle in half and repeat until all wraps are done. You can serve them with extra sauce if you like.
