Creamy Caesar Dressing (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base for Dressing

01 - 1 and 1/4 cups high-quality mayo
02 - 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
03 - 6 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil

→ Seasonings & Flavor Boosters

04 - 6 minced garlic cloves
05 - 1/4 teaspoon table salt, or as needed
06 - 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
07 - 2 tablespoons anchovy paste or substitute
08 - 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce (or swap with coconut aminos)

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a medium-sized bowl and whisk all of the ingredients for the dressing until smooth and blended.
02 - Take a little taste and tweak the salt and pepper until the dressing's flavor is just right and creamy.
