Crispy Cheese Bites (Print Version)

01 - 1 tablespoon of everything but the bagel seasoning for a savory touch
02 - ¾ cup of 2% cottage cheese (drier versions make the chips crispier!)

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F. This is the perfect heat level for gently getting your chips golden and crispy.
02 - Cover your baking tray with some parchment paper. It'll stop the chips from sticking and keeps them crunchy.
03 - Spoon your cottage cheese onto the lined tray, leaving an inch or so in between each. Then, press them flat with the back of the spoon.
04 - Add a pinch of everything seasoning to the top of each chip, then bake for about 45 minutes until the edges look crisp and golden.

01 - To get the best crunch, go for dry cottage cheese or strain it with a fine mesh sieve.
02 - Try mixing it up with garlic or onion powder as seasoning options!
03 - Keep any extra chips in a sealed container to stay crunchy
