Set your oven to 350°F. This is the perfect heat level for gently getting your chips golden and crispy.

Cover your baking tray with some parchment paper. It'll stop the chips from sticking and keeps them crunchy.

Spoon your cottage cheese onto the lined tray, leaving an inch or so in between each. Then, press them flat with the back of the spoon.

Add a pinch of everything seasoning to the top of each chip, then bake for about 45 minutes until the edges look crisp and golden.
