Crispy Garlic Wings (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Wing Flavor Mix

01 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
02 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
03 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano

→ Chicken Pieces

04 - 2 1/2 pounds of chicken wings, drumettes and flats separated (discard the wing tips)

→ Cheesy Garlic Coating

05 - 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
06 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil
07 - 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter, melted
08 - 2 tablespoons fresh minced basil
09 - 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
10 - 1/4 cup parmesan, freshly grated

# Instructions:

01 - Start by cranking your oven to 425°F so it heats up. While that’s going on, in a little bowl, combine the cumin, oregano, and sea salt. This mix will flavor your wings.
02 - Layer your chicken wings across a baking sheet evenly. Scatter your seasoning generously over them. Bake these on the lowest rack to crisp them up for about 15-20 minutes.
03 - While the wings cook, whip up the garlic parmesan topping. Stir together warm butter, olive oil, minced garlic, fresh basil, parmesan, and the seasoning salt until well mixed.
04 - Once the wings have browned, take them out and coat them in the cheesy garlic blend you made earlier. Put them back in the oven for another 15-20 minutes until they're fully crisped up. Enjoy them while they’re hot!

# Notes:

01 - These aren’t fried, but they’ll crisp up beautifully in the oven!
02 - Great option for game night or quick snacks when you’re craving wings from your favorite spot.
