# Ingredients:

→ What You'll Need Inside

01 - 1 pound minced pork
02 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
03 - 2 garlic cloves, chopped finely
04 - 1 teaspoon ground ginger or 1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1 tablespoon oil of choice
07 - ½ teaspoon black pepper, ground
08 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
09 - 2 green onions, sliced thin
10 - 1½ cups coleslaw mix with multiple colors
11 - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

→ For Putting It All Together

12 - 8 wrappers for spring rolls
13 - Water for sticking edges
14 - Sprayable oil

# Instructions:

01 - Warm your oil in a pan over medium heat. Toss in sesame seeds and toast until light brown. Add pork and cook while mixing, letting it brown thoroughly. Pour in vinegar, soy sauce, spices, and garlic. Keep stirring until the liquid cooks off. Lastly, add coleslaw and stir until it softens.
02 - Set your spring roll wrapper so it looks like a diamond shape. Spoon 2 to 3 scoops of filling in the center along the middle in a line.
03 - Dip your fingers in water to dampen the edges of the wrapper. Fold the left and right corners to meet at the middle. Bring the bottom corner up and roll tightly, getting rid of pockets of air. Seal with a bit of water.
04 - Coat the air fryer basket lightly with oil spray. Place the rolls inside, giving them space. Spray the tops of the rolls lightly with oil. Cook at 380°F for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden.
05 - Let the rolls rest for about 5 to 10 minutes to cool down before you enjoy them.

# Notes:

01 - Instead of frying in oil, these are air-fried to cut back on fat.
02 - Seal wrappers tightly so the filling doesn’t spill out while cooking.
