Crispy Zucchini Fries (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - Cut 3 smaller zucchini or 2 bigger ones into strips.
02 - ½ cup of all-purpose flour.

→ Coating Mixture

03 - 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
04 - ½ teaspoon of regular salt.
05 - 2 tablespoons of a blend like Italian seasoning.
06 - 1 full cup of panko breadcrumbs.
07 - Shredded parmesan cheese—about ½ a cup.

→ Egg Wash

08 - Two large eggs.
09 - A tablespoon of water.

→ For Cooking

10 - A quick spritz of olive oil spray.

# Instructions:

01 - Chop up zucchini into stick shapes. Toss them with flour in a plastic bag, shaking until they’re well coated.
02 - Use a medium bowl to stir together breadcrumbs, cheese, seasoning, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt.
03 - Beat water and eggs together in a small bowl.
04 - Start by dipping the floured zucchini in the egg mix. Then roll it in the breadcrumb mixture until it’s fully covered.
05 - Give your air fryer basket a quick spray with olive oil. Lay out zucchini sticks in a single layer, spray a bit more oil on top, and cook at 350°F. Check after 7-12 minutes and remove when they’re crispy and golden.
