Coconut Curry Marinade (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/4 cups coconut yoghurt.
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
03 - 2 tablespoons lime juice.
04 - 2 tablespoons curry powder.
05 - 1 teaspoon turmeric.

# Instructions:

01 - Toss all the ingredients in a bowl. Keep at it until it’s fully blended.
02 - Great for coating chicken thighs, slabs of tofu, steaks of cauliflower, or cuts like sirloin and rump.

# Notes:

01 - This all-purpose marinade pairs well with both veggies and meats. Coconut yoghurt makes it creamy, while turmeric and curry powder pack in bold flavor.
