Heat up your grill or grill pan indoors to medium-high. This'll give those delicious grilled veggies their golden char marks.

Toss the seasoned veggies onto your grill. Flip them halfway through—after around 5 minutes per side. Once they're tender and lightly browned, take them off the heat.

If you'd like, toss the tortillas on the grill too. A minute on each side works wonders to warm them and give them a cool smoky touch.

Lay each tortilla flat on your countertop. Spread the hummus, throw in some lettuce, olives, and feta. Pile on those grilled veggies, wrap it all up tight, and slice in half if you want. Dig in!
