→ For Serving

09 - Powdered sugar, cinnamon, extra maple syrup, or fresh fruit to top it off

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the cottage cheese, milk, melted butter, eggs, and maple syrup into a blender. Give it a run until the mix turns silky smooth without any cottage cheese chunks hanging around.
02 - Carefully mix the flour and baking powder into the wet blend. Don't overdo it—just stir till it's thick but still easy to scoop.
03 - Love a little extra flavor? Mix in some chocolate chips, banana slices, or blueberries at this point!
04 - Heat up a non-stick skillet on medium. Spoon in some batter to your preferred pancake size. Let it cook for around 2-3 minutes until little bubbles form up top, then flip it to cook the other side till it's golden and done.
05 - Layer those warm pancakes on a plate. Add toppings like cinnamon, extra syrup, fresh fruit, or even powdered sugar. Grab a fork and dig in while they’re hot!

# Notes:

01 - These pancakes are my weekend go-to! They’re light, full of protein, and take just minutes to whip up.
02 - Cottage cheese keeps them soft and gives them a healthy protein punch.
03 - You can top these with literally anything—sweet berries or indulgent chocolate chips all work!
