Fresh Chicken Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 ripe avocado.
02 - 1/4 spoon of garlic powder.
03 - 1 medium tomato.
04 - 1/4 cup of mayonnaise.
05 - 1 big clove of garlic.
06 - 1 spoon of lime juice.
07 - 2 spoons of olive oil.
08 - 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
09 - Handful of fresh basil leaves.
10 - 1 large chicken breast.
11 - 1 cup of chopped lettuce.
12 - 1/2 spoon of oregano (dried).
13 - 1/2 spoon of sea salt.
14 - 1/2 spoon of ground pepper.
15 - 1 green onion.

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together the mayo, minced garlic, lime juice, chopped-up basil, salt, and a bit of pepper.
02 - Take the chicken breast, slice flat, and sprinkle oregano, garlic powder, salt, and some pepper.
03 - Heat up olive oil in a skillet. Cook each side of the chicken for about 3-4 minutes until the inside hits 165°F. Let it cool for 5 minutes afterward.
04 - Slice up the lettuce, green onions, tomatoes, and the rested chicken.
05 - Start layering on a tortilla: put down some cheese, then the chicken, tomatoes, lettuce, sauce, and green onions.
06 - Roll everything up nice and tight.
07 - Put the wrap on a pan for 1 or 2 minutes on each side to get it crispy.

01 - Letting the chicken rest keeps it tender and tasty.
02 - For a meat-free version, swap chicken with tofu and use plant-based mayo.
