Stir together the mayo, minced garlic, lime juice, chopped-up basil, salt, and a bit of pepper.

Heat up olive oil in a skillet. Cook each side of the chicken for about 3-4 minutes until the inside hits 165°F. Let it cool for 5 minutes afterward.

Start layering on a tortilla: put down some cheese, then the chicken, tomatoes, lettuce, sauce, and green onions.
