14 - Optional: 1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes
15 - ⅓ cup Asiago cheese, shredded finely
16 - ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 350°F so it heats up. Mix the mozzarella, garlic, herbs, salt, chili, and pepper in a bowl.
02 - Slice the bread into crisscross patterns with a bread knife, cutting halfway down but not all the way through.
03 - Pack the cheese mixture into the bread's cuts. Pour melted butter over the top evenly.
04 - Put the bread on a sheet lined with foil. Cover it loosely and bake for 20 minutes. Take off the foil and broil it for 2-3 minutes until the cheese turns bubbly.
05 - While the bread’s cooking, whisk together the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.

# Notes:

01 - Try switching up the cheese types if you like
02 - Perfect for soup or marinara dipping
