Pull the steaks out of your fridge and let them sit on the counter for 10-15 minutes to warm up. You can trim any fat if that's your thing.

Set your air fryer to 400°F and give it a good 5-10 minutes to get hot.

Coat the steaks lightly with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper, or any spices you love.

Place your seasoned steaks into the hot air fryer. Cook about 10 minutes for a medium-rare finish, 12 for medium, or 14 if you want medium-well.

Combine your soft butter with the minced garlic and the parsley while the steaks cook.

After cooking, let the steaks chill for 5-10 minutes. Slice, slap on some of that garlic butter, and dig in!
