Garlic Butter Steak (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Steaks

01 - A couple of striploin steaks, about 1 inch thick
02 - 1 tbsp of canola oil
03 - Freshly ground black pepper and some salt, to taste

→ Flavored Butter

04 - 2 tbsp butter (softened and salted)
05 - 1 garlic clove, minced super fine
06 - Chopped parsley, about a teaspoon

# Instructions:

01 - Pull the steaks out of your fridge and let them sit on the counter for 10-15 minutes to warm up. You can trim any fat if that's your thing.
02 - Set your air fryer to 400°F and give it a good 5-10 minutes to get hot.
03 - Coat the steaks lightly with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper, or any spices you love.
04 - Place your seasoned steaks into the hot air fryer. Cook about 10 minutes for a medium-rare finish, 12 for medium, or 14 if you want medium-well.
05 - Combine your soft butter with the minced garlic and the parsley while the steaks cook.
06 - After cooking, let the steaks chill for 5-10 minutes. Slice, slap on some of that garlic butter, and dig in!

# Notes:

01 - Letting steaks warm up makes cooking them more even
02 - Always heat your air fryer before using it
03 - Store leftovers in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze them for up to 3 months
