Ginger Soy Rock Cod (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Primary Items

01 - 1 teaspoon of olive oil
02 - 2 lbs of rock cod

→ Ginger and Soy Sauce Mix

03 - ½ cup of rice vinegar
04 - 1/3 cup of honey
05 - ½ cup of soy sauce
06 - ½ cup chopped parsley
07 - 1 piece of fresh ginger, 2 inches long
08 - 1 garlic clove

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a food processor or blender and toss in all the marinade ingredients. Blend it all up until it’s smooth.
02 - Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the cod. Save a small bit of the marinade and pour the rest over the fish. Let it sit for half an hour to an hour.
03 - Sizzle some olive oil in a big frying pan. Cook the cod for about 3 minutes on each side until it’s golden brown.
04 - Use the leftover marinade as a drizzle and optionally top it with parsley before serving.
