Sardine Toast Goat Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 pieces of baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
02 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil
03 - 1 can of King Oscar Brisling Sardines with Spicy Cracked Pepper, drained
04 - 2 tablespoons of plain cream cheese
05 - 2 tablespoons of goat cheese
06 - 4 cherry peppers, stem removed and sliced thin
07 - Chopped fresh parsley for topping
08 - Freshly ground black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F so it's heated up and ready for your bread toasting.
02 - Grab a serrated knife and cut the baguette into circles about 1/2-inch thick. Lay these slices on a baking tray.
03 - Coat the top sides of each bread slice with olive oil using a brush. Pop them in the oven for 5-8 minutes until they look lightly golden. Let the bread cool a bit once they're out.
04 - Take a small bowl that can go in the microwave, toss in the goat cheese and cream cheese, and heat it for around 15 seconds. Stir the two together until smooth.
05 - Spread the creamy cheese mix over the bread slices. Sprinkle some black pepper on top, then add a cherry pepper slice and a piece of sardine on each toast.
06 - Scatter some chopped parsley over the toast bites to dress them up and enjoy immediately.
