Set your oven to 400°F so it's heated up and ready for your bread toasting.

Grab a serrated knife and cut the baguette into circles about 1/2-inch thick. Lay these slices on a baking tray.

Coat the top sides of each bread slice with olive oil using a brush. Pop them in the oven for 5-8 minutes until they look lightly golden. Let the bread cool a bit once they're out.

Take a small bowl that can go in the microwave, toss in the goat cheese and cream cheese, and heat it for around 15 seconds. Stir the two together until smooth.

Spread the creamy cheese mix over the bread slices. Sprinkle some black pepper on top, then add a cherry pepper slice and a piece of sardine on each toast.

Scatter some chopped parsley over the toast bites to dress them up and enjoy immediately.
