Green Bean Potato Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - A bit of butter to grease your pan.
02 - 3 large potatoes, chopped into chunks.
03 - 3 cups of chopped broccoli.
04 - 3 cups of green beans, cut small.
05 - 2 cans of creamy mushroom soup.
06 - 1 and a half cups of milk.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
08 - Half a cup of shredded white cheddar cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 350°F and butter a pan all over.
02 - Bring salty water to boil, cook the potatoes for about 15 minutes until just tender, not falling apart.
03 - Toss the beans and broccoli in, cook for 5 minutes more, and drain thoroughly.
04 - In a pot, whisk together the soup, milk, and pepper until it's nice and smooth.
05 - Gently mix your veggies into the sauce until they’re coated. Cover the dish with foil.
06 - Pop it in the oven for 30 minutes.
07 - Turn the oven to 400°F, sprinkle cheese all over the top.
08 - Bake for 10 more minutes until the cheese melts and gets golden. Let it rest a bit before serving.

01 - Sprinkle in some garlic powder if you want more flavor.
02 - You can prep it ahead and bake it later.
03 - Tastes great paired with chicken or turkey.
