Green Mint Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fruit Mix

01 - 2 cups of green grapes
02 - 3 peeled and sliced kiwis
03 - Chopped 1 large green apple
04 - 6-8 finely chopped fresh mint leaves
05 - 2 cups honeydew melon cubes

# Instructions:

01 - In a big bowl, gently blend the green grapes, chopped apple, kiwi slices, and honeydew cubes until they're evenly mixed.
02 - Sprinkle the chopped mint leaves over the fruit blend. Give it another light toss so the mint gets spread around.
03 - You can eat it right away, or pop it in the fridge until you're ready to share. It's best enjoyed within a few hours!

# Notes:

01 - This bright and fresh fruit mix is super colorful and tasty, perfect for a St. Paddy's party or any time you want fun, vibrant vibes.
02 - You can make this ahead, but try to eat it within 4 hours since the apple might brown over time.
03 - For a fresher look, toss the apple pieces with a bit of lemon juice before throwing them in the mix.
04 - The mint gives it a nice fresh kick, but you can skip it if it's not your thing.
