# Ingredients:

→ Spicy Grilled Chicken

01 - 4 chicken breasts, no bones and no skin
02 - 1 tablespoon Cajun spice mix
03 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
04 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or granules
05 - 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
06 - Some olive oil for cooking

→ Creamy Alabama Sauce

07 - 1/2 cup creamy mayo
08 - 1/4 cup zesty horseradish sauce
09 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
10 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire liquid seasoning
11 - 1/2 teaspoon hot chili sauce
12 - 1/4 teaspoon powdered garlic
13 - 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
14 - Chopped parsley for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Mix together Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and pepper in a small bowl. Rub the blend onto all sides of your chicken breasts.
02 - Preheat your grill to medium-high. Coat the grates with olive oil. Cook the chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side, making sure it's done all the way through.
03 - In another small dish, blend mayo, horseradish sauce, lemon juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, powdered garlic, and black pepper. Stir until smooth.
04 - Slice the chicken, place it on your plate, and drizzle the white sauce over it. Sprinkle parsley on top to finish.

# Notes:

01 - Let the chicken soak in the Cajun spice rub for at least 30 minutes for added taste.
02 - Use a thermometer to make sure the chicken's internal temp hits 165°F (74°C).
03 - Want it milder or hotter? Adjust how much hot sauce you add to the white sauce.
04 - Pair it with mashed potatoes or grilled veggies for a full meal.
