Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Noodles & Meat

01 - 16 ounces of rice noodles, spaghetti, or linguine
02 - 1 pound of minced beef

→ Sauce

03 - 1/4 cup of packed brown sugar
04 - 1/3 cup of thick hoisin sauce
05 - 1/3 cup of salty soy sauce
06 - 2/3 cup of rich beef stock

→ Seasonings

07 - 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
08 - A pinch (1/4 teaspoon) of ground ginger
09 - 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
10 - A dash (1/4 teaspoon) of red chili flakes
11 - Chopped green onions for sprinkling (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat a pot of water until it bubbles, then cook the noodles you prefer by following the instructions on the package.
02 - In a large pan, cook the ground beef until it browns. Get rid of any extra grease, then place the meat back in the pan.
03 - To the meat, add beef stock, soy sauce, hoisin, brown sugar, chili flakes, ginger, garlic, and black pepper. Stir everything together so it's mixed evenly.
04 - Take the drained noodles and toss them in the pan with the sauce. Mix them well until coated, and if you'd like, sprinkle some green onions on top to finish.

# Notes:

01 - You can make it spicier by tossing in extra red chili flakes.
02 - Consider using soy sauce with less salt if you're cutting back on sodium.
