Keep the chicken thighs' skin intact, and debone them if not already done.

Stir together the sesame oil, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, gochujang, garlic, and the white parts of the green onions.

Coat the chicken completely in the sauce. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes so it soaks up all the flavor.

Set air fryer to 375°F. Cook for 20 minutes, flipping the chicken over halfway through. Make sure it’s golden and the inside reaches 165°F.

Set oven to 425°F. Bake the chicken for about 30-35 minutes, flipping it midway. To get that crispy skin, broil for the last 3 minutes.

Sprinkle the green tops of the onions over the cooked chicken and serve it with some rice.
