Sticky Honey Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Ingredients

01 - 3 green onions, separate the white from the green parts
02 - 2 garlic cloves, finely grated
03 - 6 boneless chicken thighs with the skin left on

→ Sauce Ingredients

04 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
05 - 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
06 - 2 tablespoons honey
07 - 2 tablespoons gochujang paste
08 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Keep the chicken thighs' skin intact, and debone them if not already done.
02 - Stir together the sesame oil, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, gochujang, garlic, and the white parts of the green onions.
03 - Coat the chicken completely in the sauce. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes so it soaks up all the flavor.
04 - Set air fryer to 375°F. Cook for 20 minutes, flipping the chicken over halfway through. Make sure it’s golden and the inside reaches 165°F.
05 - Set oven to 425°F. Bake the chicken for about 30-35 minutes, flipping it midway. To get that crispy skin, broil for the last 3 minutes.
06 - Sprinkle the green tops of the onions over the cooked chicken and serve it with some rice.

# Notes:

01 - Start air frying with the skin side touching the fryer for the crispiest texture.
02 - Make sure the chicken pieces aren’t stacked; keep them in one flat layer.
