Place 1 tablespoon of butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium to medium-high heat and warm it up.

Take the breasts and cut them in half lengthwise to make four thin pieces. Dust them all over with flour after seasoning with salt and pepper.

In the skillet, cook the chicken on both sides for about 4-5 minutes each until it turns golden. Set it aside once done.

On medium-low heat, melt the rest of the butter in the pan. Toss in the garlic slices and stir gently for about half a minute, just until that lovely aroma comes through.

Pour in the soy sauce and vinegar, scraping up stuck bits. Add the honey, salt, and pepper. Let it bubble gently for 4-5 minutes so it can thicken up a bit.

Pop the cooked chicken back into the pan, coat it in the sauce, and simmer for another minute until it's reheated. Finish with sliced green onions on top and enjoy.
