Put the butter and marshmallows in a big bowl that can go in the microwave. Warm it up for 1 minute, give it a good stir, then microwave for another minute. Keep stirring until it’s all mixed well.

Toss in the white chocolate chips and give it a stir. Heat for 30 seconds in the microwave, stirring now and then, until the mixture turns smooth and gooey.

Mix in the gumdrops gently so they’re spread out evenly in the mix.

Take a 9x13 pan, lay it with parchment paper, and spray it with cooking spray. Let the paper hang over the sides to make lifting it out later easier.

Pour the sticky mix into the pan you just prepped. Lay another sheet of parchment paper on top and press it down with your hands to make it even.

Pop it in the fridge overnight or until firm. Once it’s solid, pull the treat out of the pan using the parchment paper and remove the paper.

Cut the nougat into bite-sized pieces and dig in.
