# Ingredients:

→ Shrimp and Marinade

01 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
02 - ¼ cup lime juice and zest from one lime
03 - ½ teaspoon cumin powder
04 - 1 pound shrimp, deveined and peeled
05 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
06 - 3 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
07 - ½ teaspoon sea salt

→ For Serving

08 - Lime wedges, for squeezing
09 - ¼ cup chopped cilantro leaves

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a big bowl and combine the olive oil, lime zest, juiced lime, garlic, chili powder, salt, and cumin. Stir it all up until it looks mixed well.
02 - Toss the shrimp into the marinade, stirring gently so every piece is coated nicely. Cover the top of the bowl with wrap, then chill it in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
03 - Warm up a big skillet on medium heat. Spoon in the shrimp along with all the marinade. Let them cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they turn pink and aren’t see-through anymore.
04 - After turning off the heat, toss in some chopped cilantro and stir it through. Move everything to a serving plate and add a few lime wedges for squeezing.
