Grab a big bowl and combine the olive oil, lime zest, juiced lime, garlic, chili powder, salt, and cumin. Stir it all up until it looks mixed well.

Toss the shrimp into the marinade, stirring gently so every piece is coated nicely. Cover the top of the bowl with wrap, then chill it in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

Warm up a big skillet on medium heat. Spoon in the shrimp along with all the marinade. Let them cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they turn pink and aren’t see-through anymore.

After turning off the heat, toss in some chopped cilantro and stir it through. Move everything to a serving plate and add a few lime wedges for squeezing.
