Mint Chocolate Muddy Buddies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Half a cup of powdered sugar.
02 - One and a half cups of peppermint bark, roughly chopped.
03 - 4 cups of rice Chex cereal.

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a gallon-sized zip bag, toss the powdered sugar inside, and leave it nearby. This makes it a breeze to coat the cereal later!
02 - Put the Chex cereal into a big bowl so it’s good to go when it’s time for the peppermint chocolate bath.
03 - Dump the chopped peppermint bark into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat it for 30 seconds, then mix it well. Keep microwaving in 25-second bursts, stirring each time, until it's totally smooth.
04 - Drizzle the melted bark over the cereal. Gently stir it around until all the cereal is covered, being careful not to crush it.
05 - Pop the coated cereal into your zip bag of powdered sugar. Close it up nice and tight, then shake it like crazy until every bite is coated in sugary goodness.
06 - Lay the sugar-covered cereal on wax paper or a baking sheet, letting it sit until the coating hardens and everything’s ready to enjoy or store.
