Peanut Butter Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Wet Ingredients

01 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar (plus more for coating)
02 - 1/2 cup softened butter
03 - 1 large egg
04 - 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
05 - 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter

→ Dry Ingredients

06 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
07 - 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
08 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

→ Topping

09 - 36 unwrapped Hershey's Kisses

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 375°F and line your cookie trays—no greasing needed.
02 - In a big bowl, beat the butter, peanut butter, and two types of sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and blend well. Gradually mix in the flour, baking powder, and baking soda until a soft dough forms.
03 - Scoop the dough and roll into small 1-inch balls. Coat each ball in sugar before placing them about 2 inches apart on your cookie sheets.
04 - Bake for around 8-10 minutes, watching for the edges to brown lightly. While the cookies are hot, gently press a Hershey's Kiss into the middle of each one. Move them to a cooling rack right away.

# Notes:

01 - Using a cookie scoop makes it simple to create equal-sized cookies.
02 - Keep the cookies on the baking sheet for a couple of minutes before adding the chocolate.
03 - You can freeze these cookies in a sealed container for up to three months.
