02 - 2 cups of mozzarella, shredded

05 - 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F and give it time to warm up.
02 - Roll the dough into a large rectangle, roughly 10 by 14 inches. Spread the shredded cheese and pepperoni evenly across the surface.
03 - Roll the dough up tightly starting from the longer side. Slice it into 1-inch sections using a serrated knife or pizza cutter.
04 - Put the sliced rolls on a baking sheet covered in parchment or sprayed with oil. Combine the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian herbs, then brush each roll generously.
05 - Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden on top. Sprinkle Parmesan on the warm rolls if you'd like, and serve them hot with marinara for dipping.
