Pour hot water over the tea bags and let it sit for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags after steeping, then put the tea aside to cool completely to room temperature.

While your tea cools down, squeeze your lemons until you've got about half a cup of juice. If you're working with fresh pineapple, blend or juice it now until you have a cup. Prefer pulp-free? Just strain it.
