Pineapple Lemon Drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 1 cup store-bought or freshly made pineapple juice
02 - 2 lemons, freshly squeezed (around ½ cup of juice)
03 - 2-3 tablespoons sugar or honey, adjust to your liking
04 - 2 tea bags (black tea or swap for green tea if that's your thing)
05 - 4 cups water

→ For Serving

06 - Slices of fresh lemon and chunks of pineapple for decorating
07 - A handful of ice cubes

# Instructions:

01 - Pour hot water over the tea bags and let it sit for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags after steeping, then put the tea aside to cool completely to room temperature.
02 - While your tea cools down, squeeze your lemons until you've got about half a cup of juice. If you're working with fresh pineapple, blend or juice it now until you have a cup. Prefer pulp-free? Just strain it.
03 - When your tea is still a bit warm, stir in the honey or sugar. Mix well until all the sweetness dissolves. Taste and tweak the sweetness to match your vibe.
04 - After the tea has cooled off, add your pineapple and lemon juices into a big pitcher. Stir it nice and slow so everything blends together perfectly.
05 - Drop some ice cubes into each glass, pour your tropical tea over them, and top it off with some lemon slices and pineapple chunks if you're feeling fancy. Time to sip and chill!
