# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 350°F (175°C) and let it warm up.
02 - Put the shrimp in a bowl. Add olive oil, paprika, Old Bay, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian herbs, and black pepper. Stir gently until they’re coated nicely.
03 - In another bowl, toss together the crab, spinach, artichokes, mayo, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, cheese, garlic, dried herbs, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Combine it all until smooth.
04 - Lay out the shrimp on a baking tray. Scoop the stuffing onto each shrimp and press lightly so it stays in place.
05 - Pop the stuffed shrimp into your preheated oven. Bake for around 15-20 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and the filling gets bubbly with golden edges.
06 - While the shrimp are in the oven, melt butter in a little saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the garlic for a minute to bring out the smell. Turn off the heat and mix in the fresh dill.
07 - Take the shrimp out and pour the garlic butter sauce over them right before eating. Enjoy them hot as your main dish or a tasty appetizer.

# Notes:

01 - Stuffed shrimp with crab works great for fancy dinners or as shareables before the main meal.
02 - Feel free to skip the crab if you want—it’s just as good with spinach and artichokes on their own.
03 - Make it healthier by swapping mayo for Greek yogurt or lighter cream cheese.
