Break up the almond bark and microwave it in a heat-safe bowl. Melt it in bursts of 30 seconds, stirring each time until creamy.

Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spoon some melted chocolate onto the sheet in 12 round spots for the snowmen heads.

Place an Oreo cookie on each dollop of chocolate. Spoon more melted chocolate over the top to coat.

Use the remaining melted bark to fill any gaps around the Oreos so the surface looks even.

Press 3 mini M&Ms in a row below each Oreo to act as buttons.

Stick half gumdrops on each side of an Oreo and connect them using a thin Twizzler strip.

Use black icing for the eyes and mouth, and orange icing to draw a little carrot nose.

Allow the chocolate bark to harden. Leave it at room temp for a few hours or chill it in the fridge for an hour to speed up.

Once firm, use a hot knife to slice the bark into smaller sections.
