Stuffed Cheese Pockets (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
02 - 8 oz smooth cream cheese.
03 - 1 pound of ground beef.
04 - 2 tablespoons melted butter.
05 - 1/2 cup of salsa.
06 - A packet of taco seasoning (2 tablespoons).
07 - 12 soft flour tortillas, small-sized.
08 - Add-ons: salsa, sour cream, diced tomatoes.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the beef over heat till it's browned, then pour off the grease.
02 - Stir the spice mix in as instructed on the label.
03 - Whip cream cheese so it's light and smooth, then stir in the salsa.
04 - Lay a tortilla down. Spread cream mixture inside, then layer with beef and cheese.
05 - Fold both sides in, roll them snugly, and place seam-side down on a buttered pan.
06 - Brush the tops with a little melted butter, then bake at 350°F for 15 minutes till golden brown.
07 - Cool slightly, then add whatever toppings you like before digging in.

01 - Good in the fridge for up to 4 days.
02 - Can be frozen for 4 months. Handy for easy meals later!
