Tahini Cucumber Noodles (Print Version)

01 - About 10 ounces each, 2 big cucumbers
02 - One batch of tahini dressing

# Instructions:

01 - Use a spiralizer to make noodles out of your cucumbers. Sprinkle a little salt on them, then let them sit in a strainer to remove the extra water.
02 - Follow the steps to make the tahini dressing from the provided recipe.
03 - Use paper towels to blot moisture off the cucumber noodles. Serve them on plates and pour the tahini sauce over generously.

# Notes:

01 - Draining the noodles might shrink them to around three cups. Skip that step if you want closer to four cups of crispier noodles.
02 - You can count on a serving size of about three-fourths of a cup, which is a quarter of the dish.
