04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 medium-sized white onion, chopped up finely
06 - A sprinkle of fresh black pepper
07 - 1 teaspoon of onion powder
08 - 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika

→ Pasta choice

09 - 1 lb of your favorite pasta (shellbows are a fun option)

→ Garlic yogurt topping

10 - 2 garlic cloves, grated down
11 - A pinch or two of kosher salt, adjust as needed
12 - 2 cups of plain Greek yogurt (whole-milk or 2%)

→ Paprika butter drizzle

13 - 4 tbsp salted butter
14 - 1/2 tsp sweet paprika

→ Garnishes

15 - A handful of cherry tomatoes, halved (about 1 cup)
16 - Some freshly chopped dill and parsley for sprinkling

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up a big skillet over medium-high. Toss in the ground beef and break it apart using a wooden spoon or masher. Add in the salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, curry powder, and some black pepper. Stir in your diced onion too. Cook everything until the beef’s a deep golden brown and most of the fat cooks off—about 15 minutes. Once done, cover it and set it aside until you're ready to serve.
02 - While the beef cooks, fill a big pot with water, add some salt, and bring it to a boil. Toss in your pasta and cook till it's just right—not mushy but still firm. Drain it and put it back into the pot to keep warm.
03 - Mix together the Greek yogurt, grated garlic, and salt in a medium-sized bowl. Stir well so everything blends. Taste it, and if it needs a little more salt, don’t hold back.
04 - In a small pot, melt the butter slowly over medium heat. Sprinkle in the paprika, stirring until it’s mixed and silky. Let it bubble gently for about half a minute before taking it off the heat.
05 - Spoon the warm pasta into bowls. Add a scoop of the yogurt mixture on top, followed by a hearty helping of the beef. Throw in some halved cherry tomatoes, and finish with chopped dill and parsley. Drizzle the paprika butter on top as a final touch.
