Banana Almond Smoothie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Smoothie Mix

01 - 1 handful of ice
02 - 1 small banana, cut into chunks
03 - 1 teaspoon optional moringa powder
04 - ¾ cup of almond milk
05 - 1 tablespoon of almond butter
06 - ¼ of a medium avocado
07 - 1 pitted Medjool date
08 - A pinch of cinnamon (around ⅛ teaspoon)

# Instructions:

01 - Toss all the ingredients (banana, avocado, almond milk, date, almond butter, cinnamon, moringa if you're using it, and ice) into your blender. Blend it all together for around two minutes. Keep going until it's totally smooth and chunk-free.
02 - Pour the blended drink into a glass. It tastes best served right away while it's fresh and smooth!

# Notes:

01 - Naturally free of dairy, gluten, and animal products.
02 - Avocado makes it creamy and adds some good-for-you fats to fill you up.
03 - Adding moringa powder is optional. It brings extra nutrients, but you can skip it without changing the flavor or blend.
04 - Switch things up with different flavors! Try bananas with apples, or mix in strawberries and blackberries.
