No-Bake Oreo Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 36 Oreos (1 package).
02 - 8 ounces of softened cream cheese.
03 - 8 ounces of melting white chocolate.
04 - Festive sprinkles.

# Instructions:

01 - Cover your tray with some baking paper.
02 - Break down the Oreos (don't leave the filling out). Crush them until they're super fine.
03 - Mix the crumbs and cream cheese thoroughly. If it's tricky, use your hands.
04 - Scoop out portions, roll them into little balls, and let them chill in the freezer for 10–15 minutes.
05 - Microwave the white chocolate in short bursts of 30 seconds. Keep stirring until it's smooth.
06 - Use a fork to dip each ball, letting extra chocolate drip off before setting them back on the lined tray with a toothpick.
07 - Before the coating hardens, sprinkle your decorations on top.
08 - Leave them chilled until they're ready to enjoy.

# Notes:

01 - A single package of Oreos does the job. Want less sugar? Take out some of the cream.
02 - Get creative and make festive designs like snowmen or cute reindeer.
03 - Can stay fresh in the fridge for up to a week, or two months in the freezer.
