Cover your tray with some baking paper.

Break down the Oreos (don't leave the filling out). Crush them until they're super fine.

Mix the crumbs and cream cheese thoroughly. If it's tricky, use your hands.

Scoop out portions, roll them into little balls, and let them chill in the freezer for 10–15 minutes.

Microwave the white chocolate in short bursts of 30 seconds. Keep stirring until it's smooth.

Use a fork to dip each ball, letting extra chocolate drip off before setting them back on the lined tray with a toothpick.

Before the coating hardens, sprinkle your decorations on top.
