Heat up a large pan and brown the ground beef on medium-high until it's cooked through. Remove and drain off any grease.

Toss in the garlic, onion, and green pepper. Cook them until they're soft and the onion looks see-through.

Add the steak sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the meat. Let it cook a bit longer until everything sticks together with a thicker texture.

Put a slice of provolone over the base of each bun. Stack the meat mix on top, cover it with another slice of cheese, and pop the bun top on to finish.
