Take some parchment paper or foil, line your 9x9 pan, and set it aside for later.

Put the white chocolate chips, condensed milk, and vanilla in a saucepan. Warm it slowly over medium-low heat and stir nonstop until smooth. Don’t let it get too hot.

Take the pan off the heat and stir in the chopped gumdrops until evenly mixed.

Carefully pour the fudge mix into your prepared pan and flatten it out evenly.

Pop the pan into the fridge and let it chill for at least 2 hours, or overnight, until it firms up completely.

Once it’s set, lift the fudge out of the pan, slice it into small squares, and dig in.
